Improving competitiveness – From linking export enterprises with logistics
Viet Nam Logistics Forum hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been organized as the largest annual logistics event in Viet Nam since 2013. Vietnam Logistics Forum 2022 is organized on 25th – 26th November 2022 in Hai Phong city by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with People’s Committee of Hai Phong City. H.E Tran Tuan Anh, Politburo member, Head of the Central Economic Commission will attend and deliver the guiding speech at the Forum.
Logistics is a service industry that consumes energy and generates large emissions. At the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (November 2021), the Prime Minister pledged that Vietnam would achieve net zero emissions by 2050. This is a difficult goal, requiring the responsibility and strong participation of industries, including logistics. To convey this message, orient and encourage logistics enterprises to comply with the requirements of energy saving, emission reduction, and clean energy use, the Vietnam Logistics Forum 2022 takes the theme of "Green Logistics". This is also the topic of the Vietnam Logistics Report 2022 published at the Forum.
